5mm diff of diagonals in VC4 500

Hey community, newcomer here. I'm building my first RatRig, it's VC4 500 (IDEX if that matters). I now have it assembled up to the point where I have two toolheads and my T0/T1 belts are already tensioned. At some point I re-checked the frame squareness (probably should have done it earlier) at the top and found one of the diagonals is 5mm bigger. Most distances are equal (e.g. left to right, front to back) so the printer XY is rather diamond shaped than square. Is this a big diff? Should I care and try to fix that or just accept it as is and correct in software? I know some build imperfection is expected but not sure if that's too much. Thanks!
Solution:
Especially being a vcore4, the connections should have self-squared it pretty well

Managed to fix that. I've layed the frame on the side, loosen most extrusion connections and bottom plates. Then squared everything (mostly by lightly hitting extrusions to sit them where they should be) and tighted back again. Took me a while, not gonna lie, and required a few iterations. But now my diagonals appears equal.
