Rog ally microsd card not being registered

It doesnt show up at all not in the partition manager the format sd card button is greyed out and ive tried other SD cards

Please no solutions like "just dont use it" I want acual help

the ROG ally had issues with the sdcard reader dying (and at the same time kill the sdcard)

i would first try a different sdcard, if that does not work then contact asus or your retail store if it is still under warranty
