Reporting after a match in-game should be enough, as there's no proof of this account here using a cheat.
Ok I will record him and send you a video. I have reported him like 100 times in game but the system is very weak when it comes to Gameloop and you know that very well. I have heared from other players that gameloop reports don't show by the security team.

You can only report online cheating content (videos, livestreams etc.) and the game accounts that visibly use cheating tools in those online content.
If someone wants to report a cheater they come across in a match, they need to report it using the built-in report system.
