please fix rubber banding/stuttering
ever since a few updates ago i keep rubber banding and it makes my gameplay unplayable. ive deranked way too much. and i know its not my internet because a bunch of other people i ask also suddenly get this problem. i tried exitlag and everything but it doesnt work.
