False Ban on Account – UC Purchase Issue
I am writing to request a review of a false ban placed on my account. I have not used any unauthorized or third-party bank accounts for UC recharges. All UC purchases were made using my own personal bank accounts.
Please review this issue and lift the ban, as I have followed all the official guidelines for in-game purchases.

For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
