routing problems
I've been having ping problems for a long time now, i contacted riot support aswell as my isp and they just keep blaming each other back n forth, I've tried so many solutions given by both riot and isp but nothing seems to fix my problem.
This was my ping like 7-8 months ago (46 - london, 34 - frankfurt)
then it changed to this and it was like this until 10/6/2025 (66 - london, 54 - frankfurt) +higher while in game

for 3 days straight it got fixed and it was perfect and how it should be (similar how it was 7-8 months ago)

now it went back to being shitty
(67 - london, 55 - frankfurt) +higher while in game
I have fiber and connected via ethernet cable I don't know who to trust and if there's even a solution to this problem.

can you try to use 1.1.1.1 wrap and see if it gets better?

also made multiple riot support tickets but they just keep sending me some solutions that I already tried 100 times with no progress at all
If it’s a routing issue, the only person who can fix it is your internet provider. If a riot network engineer sees this post and agrees that it’s an ISP issue, they can contact your ISP via official channels.

alright I reached out to Telkos for a possible solution on this. let me explain whats going on here... your provider is letting us know how to get towards your public IP address via Sofia, Milano and Frankfurt. in order for us to reach you we will choose the closest point to Kosovo, which in my opinion might be Sofia ( need to check routing from Milan). The range where your public IP address is located is not being advertised ( by your ISP) to us in Sofia, instead its being advertised via some other internet providers elsewhere.
SO in order for us to respond back to your public address we have to route all the way across to random providers to reach out which is causing some delays (incresed latency) and instability of routing ( one day good one day shit etc.)
TLDR, Telkos need to let me know how to reach out to Akage otherwise I send Valorant packets to Narnia
(I reached out to them via email with more technical details, so its up to them now what they will do with it)

not to shit on Telkos here only, they can also be doing everything correctly but the provider who they handle the traffic to might be filtering stuff out due to various technical reasons ( capacity problems, link problems, human error etc.)
yeah ill ping you back when I get something from Telkos... or I forget about it in next 5 minutes with my brain capacity being super low these days
