a way to disable DMARC

I've been routing my emails to my gmail account from cloudflare email routing service.. and added the same email to be used as alias in the gmail account, everything fine and dandy until I decided to activate DMARC and the sending service stopped... I'm getting a message when sending an email that says:

You no longer have access to me@mydomain.com. To send this email, choose a different "from" address and try again. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=

how do I configure DMARC or just remove it alltogether I'm not sure I need it at all
