Crosshair outline too thick

After upgrading my GPU a while back, valorant crosshair with outline on started to look weird. I've had this issue for a while, but I never minded it. I thought it was some old nvidia settings I had on my old GPU. But now that I had to format my pc, where everything is reset and technically new, the issue still persists. Taking a screenshot from nvidia shows how the crosshair is supposed to look like generally, I'll post three picture, an old ss before swapping my GPU, and one now from nvidia, and one I took from my phone (both of the two latter pictures are taken at the same time, same area). You can clearly see the crosshair outline on the pic from my phone thicker, shows less green color on the cross hair and more black color, also the bottom and the right of the crosshair look shorter. Any help is appreciated.
