potential

i tried to do this question with potential method but i am getting stuck, how to do can anyone explain? we have to calculate the potential V1 if all the resisiotors have the resistance as 2 ohm

Just combine the battery and resistance to evaluate current In this case it is 1A And the point grounded is considered 0V Now by KVL Potential of V1 is -9V

no need to find current's value, just assume the current is going in clock or anti clockwise (any), and then put the + - sign across resistors according to the direction of current u chose, and then make 2 kvl equations taking 2 paths from V1 to the grounded point (0volts), so basically ull get two equations and two variables (V1 and the current) and then solve for V1 i mean yea u can also find current value like this
