Hello Guys , I was trying to log into my pubg account because I haven't played for 2 years and I wanted to get back into the game but I got a message saying your account has been banned and I didn't know the reason until my brother told me that on his jailbroken phone he used gfx tool in the hope that it would have better performance. That was the reason he told me. If anyone could help me I would be happy But if i look my account from another account. Ban in Avatar and Moments doesnt show

If your brother used an phone with your account, did you give account access to your brother?
at the time yes because he didnt have an account but i learned my lesson now
Unfortunately, Sharing accounts is Against Game TOS. If you did that then it's likely your loss.

Just to let you know: He shared the account to the brother which he didn't know.
