Weird "streaks" that I can pass through in some chunks?

I have had this issue every single time that I've made a world with Distant Horizons so I assume it's either one of the mods I have installed or just my CPU getting too hot, but I'm not sure and I haven't seen this or answers for it anywhere else. Here's an image of my issue. My game also crashes often, but not always.
