Account Hacked
My PUBG mobile account got hacked. I have tried the in game tool and I have submit a recovery account on the PUBG mobile community support on google docs. And I have received a message that said. “currently ineligible for check (use in-game tool)”. But that did not work there denying my request they’re saying try using a regular device but this is my regular device. I don’t know what to do. I just want to play the game I love and in my account that I have spent a lot of money on and time.

Please don't share sensitive information about your account publicly. That's how most people lose their accounts @fatihalbyrak1907.
If your account has been compromised, you can submit a recovery request from https://pubgmobile.live/support.
So you’re telling me that my account is gone?
You can reach out to the customer service for assistance.
How do I do that?
You can send an email to service@pubgmobile.com.

No, you can only contact the customer service in-game or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com.
If you have already received a response from the customer service team then you can refer to that instead.
