Reported Player and Got Banned — No RR Refund Received

I reported an enemy Jett in one of my matches for cheating, and later I saw that the player actually got banned. But I didn’t receive any RR refund for that game. Just wanted to ask — shouldn’t there be a refund if the match had a confirmed cheater? Can someone check this for me? Thanks!
