Serious Problem: Rewards Stuck in Processing for 50+ Days

Hello. I am a creator from the PUBG Mobile Creator Hub platform. For more than 20 days, my USD reward withdrawals have been stuck in the “Processing” status and haven’t reached my bank account. I tried contacting the support mail and admins many times but got no clear result. This issue is affecting many creators, and some payments have been stuck for over 50 days. We kindly ask Tencent’s financial team to urgently check the reward pool system and process the pending payments. I haven’t received any official response from the CreatorHub team yet. That’s why I’m reporting this issue here. I have been waiting for a significant payment for months, but none of the Turkish admins seem to care. The system is being managed carelessly and irresponsibly. Please understand that this lack of seriousness is damaging PUBG Mobile’s reputation.

20 days ago, I sent an e-mail to NextstarTR@trexesports.asia about this issue, but I never received a proper response or solution. After that, I contacted several CreatorHub admins directly, and unfortunately, their behavior was careless and dismissive. They either ignored the messages or gave meaningless replies like “it’s being checked” with no action. This is causing huge distrust in the program. Many creators have already stopped uploading content, and if this continues, Turkey’s CreatorHub program will collapse. If Tencent doesn’t intervene immediately, this situation will seriously damage PUBG MOBILE’s reputation in Turkey. We kindly ask you to escalate this issue directly to Tencent’s financial or operations team as a top urgent case. Thank you.
