CreatorHub Rewards Processing Issue — No Payment to Bank Account
Hello PUBG MOBILE team,
I am a CreatorHub content creator. My USD reward withdrawal has been stuck in “Processing” status for over 50 days now, and the payment still hasn’t reached my bank account.
I have reported this issue multiple times to the support team and admins, but no proper solution has been provided.
Many other creators are also facing the same problem.
This situation has become extremely frustrating both financially and mentally.
Please take this message seriously and urgently have the reward pool system checked and process the pending payments.
Our trust in the platform is being damaged more and more each day because of this issue.
