One the options you have selected in your second screenshot is not correct. This is the correct one:
It's still the same..
Now you have unselected the last one. You need to select both of them to proceed.

Sorry I backed out I was doing "send verification email" after putting my email and after receiving code TWICE it said "NOTICE undefined (30400203)" my friend said I should backed out and ask again he said I may need to refill everything up since it's showing me this.....???

Hey bro, I really need your advice again 🙏🏻 I submitted my PUBG account recovery claim but it got rejected. I swear I’m 100% the original owner.
