I recovered my account 4 months ago through the form link but I was stolen again I want to recover my account but when I submit the request my request is not sent and does not appear in the request status link and I cannot submit from within the game because the thief submitted incorrect requests in order to disable the account recovery tool I want help please I want a second chance to use the account recovery tool or something else because it is not fair that I cannot provide my account information and recover it.
