Hello PUBG Team,
My account got banned for 10 years after I performed a software reset on my phone.
I have never used any codes or cheats — I honestly don’t even know what that means.
My in-game name is: ويــ〆ـت
My Player ID is: 5303541345
check my recent gameplay and activity.
And when I open my 2nd account also banned ? Where is the problem, after software I don't have any applications except pubg and whatsapp and Facebook only . Please help me my account with me for 7 years and spent alit of money on it , thank you #bugs @Frost @PUBG MOBILE @Quendi @Piston

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
I contact with them and refused , I swear I don't cheating , I only hope for review my last games
