Help with mystery cubes please

Hiya, I’m really struggling with the mystery cubes. I find them and intersect with the ground thingy but then they aren’t in my inventory when I go back to lobby ~ I have successfully managed to decode cubes twice so not sure what is going on. I have tried restarting the app and checked to see if it requires updating. For some reason I am hell bound on getting the voice things. I have attached screen shoots. Thanks for any advice or help

You can report it by submitting Bug through https://pubgmobile.live/support. Make sure to provide a recording which shows the whole issue.
