Can’t enter my account
Hi, I need help!
I can’t log in to my PUBG Mobile account that’s linked to Facebook.
Every time I try, I get stuck on a white screen and the game doesn’t load.
I already tried reinstalling the app, using a different phone, clearing Safari data — nothing works.
Can someone from the team please help me or tell me who to contact?

Please try to open Facebook in Safari to see if it loads normally there, and then change network and clear the Safari iOS app cache. You can refer to this support article for further instructions. Log in with your Facebook account in Safari and try again.
If that does not work, please try to reset your network settings through the device Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Restart your device and try again.

Unfortunately, I’ve already tried all those steps — including logging into Facebook via Safari, switching networks, clearing Safari cache, reinstalling PUBG, trying a different device, and now I even reset network settings.
The issue still happens: I try to log in via Facebook and I get a white screen.
I’m pretty sure the issue is on the PUBG/Facebook integration side and not on my phone.
Can you please escalate this to a higher support team or open a proper ticket to fix my account?

@Miaa integration just suck,I spent hours trying to log in to my account. I tried everything; the only thing that worked for me was logging in using the Facebook application and then trying again.
Can you try to log in with the Facebook application first?
