How to configure a Genesys endpoint in Novu (trial version) to trigger a WhatsApp flow?
Hello everyone,
I'm working with a Novu trial account and I'm trying to connect it to a Genesys endpoint.
My goal is to trigger a WhatsApp workflow by uploading a contact list to a specific template in Genesys. I'd like to initiate this process from Novu.
Could anyone guide me on how to properly configure this endpoint in Novu? I'm not sure if the trial version has limitations for this, or what the correct steps would be.
Specifically, I'm looking for how to set up a custom provider or use a webhook that points to the Genesys API to handle this contact list upload.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
