charging case is clear .how do i analyse the discharging case?? will the battery be connected in that case or not?

ans for discharging should be 2CR
why tho
wont the capacitor be still discharging
if battery is connected then at steady state will be achieved
battery should be removed to initiate discharging

acha so if a battery is connected some charge will be left on capacitor
