Display Glitches and Off-Screen Windows on Bazzite OS with NVIDIA RTX 3050

Hi,

I'm experiencing serious graphical issues on my system running Bazzite OS (Fedora Atomic-based), with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (GA106) using the proprietary NVIDIA driver.
The issue:

After booting into the desktop, I see a large vertical glitchy bar in the middle of the screen along with other visual distortions.
Also, when I open applications, their windows often appear completely off-screen — I can see the icons in the taskbar, and hear them open, but the windows are not visible or interactable. This persists even after changing resolution or rebooting.

What I've tried:

Ran sudo rpm-ostree upgrade && sudo reboot

Verified nvidia-drm.modeset=1 is set in GRUB

Disabled Wayland by uncommenting WaylandEnable=false

Confirmed the system is using the nvidia driver (lspci -k and nvidia-smi show everything correctly)

What I’m looking for:

How can I force NVIDIA to be used exclusively and ensure correct rendering under Bazzite OS?

How can I reset window positions or force apps to open within the visible screen space to avoid the off-screen issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
