need help with recovering an account
I tried requesting help thru service@pubgmobile.com but I continue to get automated responses after a week of trying I have every type of proof or answers since it’s my account I gave them everything and still cant get to connect with a real agent it’s all automated response with not help can anyone assist me or that’s been in the same situation any recommendations?

Hello sorry for the late response didnt have the notifications on here this is what i got from support i figure ill just wait to see what they say

Hey 👋 no worries. Just to let you know, you still have to submit an account recovery request from either the community support form or through the in-game tool to be able to recover your account.
You cannot recover an account by emailing.

I have been trying to make a claim but they keep saying this

whenever i email i get this response where they say the account its on abnormal status but they been saying the same since the first time i contacted them its just a loop where they tell me to wait 2 days then they reply the same thing no help at all for past weeks 😭

In that case you can submit a recovery request through the community support form. ^

You can only submit one request, it is not possible to submit it again.
Taught it was just a limit since I’m on mobile but either way Thansk for the help been more helpful than support atp hopefully something can be done I’m here if any more info needed

You'll just need to wait for the results. It is hard for me to comment on that since the requests are not checked by moderators. They are checked by PUBG MOBILE Operations Team.
