Recovery in support

Hello everyone, has anyone encountered such a problem? I want to apply for account recovery due to hacking, but after passing the first windows with the reasons and a few questions on the knowledge of support, I am transferred to the ever-loading screen. I tried to log in from the phone, everything works, but the application is rejected there, because I need a native main device, and I can't apply on it because of the download...

Account ID 5981431365. In the video at the end, I am transferred to the next window, where there is an eternal download, vpn does not help. Maybe my device somehow affects, since it's from Honor and there are no google play services on it, and the game was downloaded from AppGallery
