Unfair 10-Year Ban Due to Network Optimization App Only – My Account Has Over 672 Mythics collation
I am writing to formally appeal the 10-year ban placed on my PUBG Mobile account.

The reason stated in the ban notice is “use of a third-party application.” I would like to clarify that I have never used any cheating tools, game file modifications, or anything that violates fair play policies.
The only application I used is “GearUP Game Booster: Lower Lag”, which is officially available on the Apple App Store. Its sole purpose is to optimize network performance and reduce ping during gameplay. I did not use it for any unfair advantage or illegal purposes.
I was encouraged to use this app after watching recommendations from more than 30 well-known content creators in the community, and (I have also seen posts from official PUBG Mobile sources indicating that such network optimization tools are allowed as long as they don’t interfere with gameplay mechanics.)
Additionally, I would like to highlight that I have recently received a massive wave of toxic reports and abusive language from other players, most likely due to my position as Top 1 in Ultimate Royale mode. It’s possible that this influx of false reports contributed to the unfair ban on my account.
I want to emphasize that my account contains over 673 Mythic items, collections 91 and I have invested a great amount of time, effort, and money into it. It would make no sense for me to risk such a valuable account. Additionally, my squadmates were banned as well, simply for being in the same match while I was using the app.
I respectfully ask you to review my case carefully, as I believe this may be a misunderstanding or a mistake. I trust in your fairness and transparency, and I sincerely hope that my account—and my teammates’ accounts—will be reinstated as soon as possible.

Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
I saw this app being advertised before on the official PUBG Mobile TikTok account. You’re actually the second person I’ve heard of getting banned because of it

I believe my account was suspended by mistake. I have not used any cheats or illegal software. The only third-party app I used was a connection optimization tool (GearUp Booster), which improves ping and internet stability. It does not interfere with gameplay or give any unfair advantage.
I understand that automated detection systems (AI-based) may sometimes flag safe apps as suspicious, even if they are not harmful. I respectfully ask that my account be reviewed manually, as I believe this was a false positive.
I have already submitted several appeals and have been waiting for almost three months without any response. I would greatly appreciate any update or clarification.

@Quendi I recently received a response stating that my appeal was rejected and the ban on my account cannot be lifted.
However, I would like to ask for clarification: the reason I used the program/tool in question was because it was officially promoted or mentioned in a past announcement on your official channel/account.
If this tool is now considered a violation, why was it promoted by your team previously? This has caused confusion and I believe I may have been wrongly banned for trusting an official source.
I kindly request further clarification on why my appeal was rejected and whether the tool I used truly violated the rules, even though it was introduced in an official announcement.

@Quendi I’m writing to respectfully request a review of the 10-year ban placed on my account. I believe this punishment is extremely harsh, especially considering that I have not violated any rules or engaged in any activity that would warrant such a severe action.
I have always done my best to follow the platform’s/community’s guidelines and have never intended to break any rules. I kindly ask that you re-examine my case, as there may have been a mistake or misunderstanding that led to this decision.
I sincerely hope you will consider lifting or at least reducing the ban. I am more than willing to cooperate fully and provide any additional information if needed.
