My PUBG Mobile account was hacked on 2025/7/2and the hacker changed my linked phone number and email.
Account ID: 565623582
I can only log in via Facebook now, but the hacker is trying to remove it and ban the account.
I have already contacted the in-game support and email, but I need urgent help before my account is banned. Please advise me if there is any direct way here to escalate this issue to the account recovery team.
