Creators Losing Trust in CreatorHub! Payment Still Processing!
Hello, I am a PUBG Mobile Creator and my payment has been stuck in “Processing” status for over 50 days. I have contacted support multiple times but no solution. Many other creators are also experiencing this issue.
We kindly ask Tencent’s financial team to urgently check the reward pool system and clear pending payments. This situation damages our trust in the platform.
We sincerely hope this is the last time we experience such a problem. Please take this seriously and resolve it permanently.

Hello! Could you please share a screenshot of the response you received from the CreatorHub team?
I have emailed the Turkey CreatorHub team multiple times, but they never responded. The admins also ignore my questions. For 2 months, my payment hasn’t arrived in my bank account — it just keeps showing ‘processing’. I will direct all my friends who are facing the same issue to this place. Please escalate this problem to Tencent Games.
Could you tell me when you emailed them? Which email address did you send the mail to?
About 50 days ago, I clicked the “Withdraw” button on CreatorHub. Since my server is Turkey, I sent an email explaining my situation to NextstarTR@trexesports.asia. However, I never received any response. A few days later, I emailed again, but still no reply.
This issue urgently needs to be resolved. Right now, dozens — even hundreds — of content creators are having their payments stuck in their CreatorHub accounts, with nothing reaching their bank accounts. All payments remain stuck on “processing” status due to a bug.
I kindly request you to immediately escalate this matter to the responsible authorities. Many content creators, including myself, are seriously considering quitting PUBG Mobile content creation because of this issue. Soon, a lot of creators will start raising their voices here.
