Plasma Search opens on secondary monitor (KDE)

I have a dual monitor setup (one 4k TV connected via HDMI, one 27" Dell monitor via DP). The Dell monitor is physically to the left of the primary display, the TV. It seems like Plasma Search (Windows/Super/Meta key) only wants to open on the rightmost monitor. In Display Configuration, if I set the LG TV to be on the right (physically correct) and Dell to the left, Plasma Search will open on the Dell monitor. If I swap them, and put the LG TV to the left (physically incorrect), then Plasma Search will open on my LG TV. This is regardless of on which monitor the active window is. The LG TV is set to be my primary display in Display Configuration.
