Video output limited to 30hz

Hello, I'm having some issues with my bazzite install that I'm unable to resolve sofar.
This issue pertains to a capture card output that I have tested and used in windows 10. It is able to output 2160p60hz there, but on my bazzite install, it seems to be limited to 2160p30hz.
Really unsure as to why, there are no hardware issues, unless something incompatible ?

Check the driver being used, it may be using an open community made driver and is not fully compatible yet. You should check to see if there is a driver issued by the manufacturer, specifically an .rpm or a binary for fedora based systems, or at the very least the source in a .tar.gz that you would need to then compile. Check if there is software or drivers for other distros that could potentially be used, you will likely end up dep chasing for a bit, but totally doable if available.

I have found a driver for my GPU that was released for "linux" recently, but I do not know what to do with the filetype it has downloaded : .run file

I have found some reddit threads that claim that updating my bazzite system will also update the gpu drivers, so I suppose I shall try that

I've been getting some graphical issues as well, so driver issue does seem likely

Ahh makes sense it would be an nvidia issue. I’m on a B580 and my issue is very specifically in Gaming Mode

But I would try dropping the output to 1440p or 1080p and see if you can hit 60hz then
