Drastic Frame Rate Limitation on Galaxy Tab A8 – Unfair Update
Respected PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I’m writing to report a serious issue that has ruined the gaming experience on my device. After the recent updates, the frame rate on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has been reduced from ULTRA 40 FPS to HIGH 30 FPS, which is completely unacceptable.
You have made this game unwantedly heavy for mid-range devices like mine. I’ve been playing smoothly for over 2 years on the same device with ULTRA settings at 40 FPS, but now you’ve changed the settings without any explanation, and it’s made the game nearly unplayable.
I just logged back into the game after 4–5 months, because honestly, I had left it due to how boring and frustrating the updates were becoming. You’ve completely changed the game, and not in a good way. I’ve played PUBG Mobile for over 7 years, and now we’re expected to bear these unwanted updates — and on top of that, you've reduced the frame rate limit too.
So PUBG Mobile, it honestly feels like you don’t want Tab A8 users to enjoy the game anymore. The game lags terribly on High settings now, and the reduced frame rate makes everything worse. With every update, the game becomes heavier, and mid-range users are being left behind.
You’ve left us with no choice but to leave this game. I’ve been a loyal player, but forcing us to play at downgraded settings with no option is unfair. I now have no choice but to switch to another game that actually cares about all its players, not just high-end device users.
I sincerely hope you reverse this decision and restore the ULTRA frame rate option for Tab A8 users.
