GTA V enhanced does not run
I'm using heroic for linux (arch) in flatpak and I made sure to follow the github wiki for rockstar games and game used to run but I did not play for a month and now its broken (launch the bat file but thats it)

I view it in AI and told me it does not locate wine but I already installed wine in flatpak and host
Tested gta proton with other games and it plays fine so not sure tbh

maybe try:
- winetricks button
- open winetricks GUI
- select default prefix
- change setting
- pick win11 or win10
- continue
so it changes the whole prefix config maybe? not sure what's happening

not sure what happens on your system, I tried GTAV enhanced like... last week and it worked just fine, unless something changed this week on the rockstar launcher :S

I remember when I launched it 2 days it got updated but not sure because i did not play like in a month or because R*
but good news is, I KILLED ALL OF WINE (
ps aux | grep wine and then kill -9)
and now i see some output

I'd always use the latest GE-proton, there's no point to use 9.x, last week when I tested I used 10.4

I did verify and repair and still, im not sure if its my system or what at this point
resatarted pc and still so im not really sure what else to do except wait or re-download whole game again...

Enable Flatpak following this: https://flathub.org/setup/NixOS
Then install the Heroic Flatpak and use that: https://flathub.org/apps/com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl

Ik im very late to this but i think its fixed finally. I re installed the game and it loads now so unsure why it was not before...
I used to replace epicgames launcher with fake one so maybe it was that or cheer bad luck but re-download and install worked
