I'm unable to enter my home in pubg or any other house

So basically I try to enter my home it keeps loading then take me back to the lobby saying match server did not respond please try again later, I tried doing a routine repair even re installed the game but the issue preseist hope you can help me through that issue that is not letting me collect daily tree missions from my home and other important stuff thanks.
