Older videos recored on same camera loads faster than newer ones

ive encountered a problem where my videos load extremely slow, making it impossible to play videos through Tailscale on outside networks and making local lan playback without stutters almost impossible
i checked my older videos recorded on the same camera with the excat same video quality and for some reason they load much faster than the newer ones
ive tried to change every possible transcoding setting but nothing seems to be fixing it
