Error playing older videos
So I've used immich-go to upload my photos from google photos to immich, and at first I had it setup through truenas, but then went to unraid.
I use it for just a google photos replacement, no external libraries and no other users at the moment.
Everything seems fine and transferring over to unraid from truenas was fairly simple by transferring the library along with the database files. The only issue seems to happen is when I play older videos, they never load and logs gives errors about unkown directories.
Example of such error:
I've tried changing transcode formats, and polices to include all videos but that didn't change anything. Going to the listed directory seems to confirm that it obviously doesn't exist, how should I go about fixing this, or should I scrap the installation and try again from scratch?

You have files missing on your storage
Most likely the mount is either missing now, or was at one point in the past
You would have to find the file and put it back in place. Either from backup or maybe from mount / unmount and see if it’s in the underlying location
Okay, since it really isn't feasible to try and do that for a bunch of videos, since it may be like finding a needle in a haystack, what should I try to do instead?
I would Restore from last good backup
You should also try to figure out why your system is losing files.
Okay gotcha, so if these videos never worked, I should try and basically reset?
I guess so. We have never had a bug as you describe so I find that rather unlikely tbh
Me as well, I assumed it was user error, thanks for the help anyway!
