The story :
A long time ago, maybe a year ago, I entered a malicious program on my PC, and this gave them access to many of my accounts, including PUBG Mobile. I got my accounts back on the platforms, but I wasn’t interested in PUBG during that period and I ignored the issue, but now when I entered the I found that the people who entered the account are Turks and they changed the email in the account to their own. Please give me back my account. 😭
You can see if you have smth like a log for Gmail's associated with the account you will see that the first one is mine

Do you still have access to your account? Do you have a mobile number connected to it?
No, I tried to connect one 10 minutes ago but it says that I should get code from gmail

There is no live support unfortunately. You will just need to answer each and every question as accurately as possible. Then it will be manually reviewed by the PUBG MOBILE Operations Team within approximately 7 working days. You can find the results from https://pubgmobile.live/status.
