Crash on 1.21.7

So I was playing on 1.21.7, and right after I broke one of the new bushes, I got a crash and this was on my client-console:

update: after troubleshooting, it seems that by the removing the mod "Hold my items" the issue is solved. is this a compat issue? Should I report this to its dev even thou the logs says is an iris issue?
Compatibility issue. It appears it has not been resolved still.
it will be possible to fix this?
