gta v crashes after trying to load story mode

Under linux the game just works, now I'm trying to play GTA V on windows so i can play online, setup heroic imported game, it launches on the title screen when i try to start story mode nada crashes a few secs after loading

Originally the game was in F:\@\home\panda\Games\Heroic\GTAV\F:\@\home\panda\Games\Heroic\GTAV\ but it no longer is and it still happens

Tried a few thing namely:

Moving the game to C:\
Trying with original epic games launcher
Did windows update
Verified the game
Reinstalled igpu drivers
