Audio crash on steam game launch or opening Gnome Audio settings

having sound issues not sure if bazzite or something dumb I did (like Helvum, tho its closed and still happens), sometimes the audio driver or something audio related crashes and stuff like Discord needs to be restarted to get audio back, happens when a game on steam starts or I open audio settings,
using Desktop NVIDIA with Gnome
