Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team, I hope this message reaches someone who truly cares about the integrity and future of PUBG Mobile. My account was recently banned, even though I have never used any cheating tools, third-party software, or violated the fair play policy in any way. I’ve been a loyal player for years, and I’ve always respected the game’s rules. However, I’d like to bring to your attention a very serious concern. According to a trustworthy source (a person with internal access to game operations), there is currently a management company involved in handling some of PUBG’s operations, and it is allegedly linked—indirectly—to a competitor game, Free Fire. The claim is that this company is intentionally issuing false bans on innocent accounts as a strategy to harm PUBG’s reputation and push players to leave the game. I understand that PUBG management may already be aware of this issue, but due to a long-term contract (possibly 5–6 years), it’s extremely difficult and expensive to cancel it at this point.
