Error when processing member: Cannot add existing user that is participating in an incompatible auth
This error happens everytime i try to add myself as a member from another specific account.
we already contacted the cloudflare support, but they only give support, if we have a enterprise plan, which we don't habe

Cloudflare support is available to everyone for account-related issues, you don't need to have a paid tier/subscription for that. Make sure to select the right category when creating the ticket

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.
