Whatsapp Integration not working
Hello! The integration of my agent with WhatsApp is not working. The Meta account is correctly created, verified, and functional, as it is receiving messages. I am already subscribed to the webhook provided by Typebot, and also to the messages field as indicated in the documentation, but it is still failing and not starting. Why is this happening?

That is from my self hosted typebot. But i'm using Typebot cloud right now, not self hosted, and it is also not working, i payed 89 USD for nothing
your problem is not with typebot
How do you know? All the configuration is perfect following the docs, and it is not working in both options
The phone number is receiving messages from Whatsapp, so the configuration in Meta is ok. The number it is not banned or blocked, the only thing that it is not working is the interaction with Typebot. The bot doesnt respond

I'm experiencing the exact same issue on my self-hosted setup. I've configured and reconfigured everything dozens of times, and the only result I get is receiving the message when testing the flow — but when replying, there's no response.
Have you found any solution you could share?
My WhatsApp bot wasn't working either, and Meta was still waiting to verify my phone number. It showed up as pending, so I couldn't send or receive messages. This YouTube video explains how to validate using Postman. In my case, it solved my problem. I hope it helps someone else.
