Whatsapp Integration not working
Hello! The integration of my agent with WhatsApp is not working. The Meta account is correctly created, verified, and functional, as it is receiving messages. I am already subscribed to the webhook provided by Typebot, and also to the messages field as indicated in the documentation, but it is still failing and not starting. Why is this happening?
I need to solve it right now, my last ticket is not responded after 24 hs. I also create a ticket on the platform. Waiting..............

To troubleshoot this we suggest you to:
- Make sure the bot works fine in Test mode
- Delete the number and configure it again while making sure you read all the instructions thoroughly
- Make sure you don’t have any Start conditions or that your first message is matching the condition
- If it really does not work, contact support at support@typebot.io
My WhatsApp bot wasn't working either, and Meta was still waiting to verify my phone number. It showed up as pending, so I couldn't send or receive messages. This YouTube video explains how to validate using Postman. In my case, it solved my problem. I hope it helps someone else.
