capacitors quick doubt

I have a lil doubt in capacitors - spherical capacitors specifically. If the outer spherical conductor is not grounded, do we have to solve for it by taking two capacitors? I'm talking bout solvin for the effective capacitance. By taking two capacitors I mean considering 2 capacitors, one is the spherical one with capacitance 4pie0ba/(b-a) and the other is an isolated spherical capacitor from the outer one to infinity, i.e., 4pie0b... And them both in parallel. I'm guessing so because some charge will develop on the outer sphere which won't cancel out. If this is not correct, then could you please explain how the field outside cancels out?

b- radius of larger sphere, a - radius of smaller sphere
