how am i supposed to use fades scan and prowlers when they get destroyed instantly

if they get destroyed it tells you there are people there to break it, which is still info
Just info but im talking about their full use like the terror trails from fades scan and the blind from the prowlers i cant seem to get their full use
its rare u can get the fade util to have its “full use” but the info gathering is just as important if not more
sometimes u could throw a lineup for the haunt which could catch the enemies off guard resulting in them getting scanned
well prowler will almost never hit anyone, its mostly there to tell you someone is there to shoot it, except maybe someones defusing? or through smokes? they might hit once an year. but mostly they wont hit anyone.
as for the reveal, it almost never reveals anyone unless you throw it on top of buildings or learn lineups for it
Thats just kinda dumb for the prowlers probably needs a buff or smth to get the most use instead of just a corner check ability since gekko has dizzy which does it all but the scan makes sense about the lineup part
nope theyre actually really useful
A prowler can check more than just one corner with the benefit of being guided. It also acts as a distraction, almost like a mini flash, to swing with.
If your haunt gets shot constantly, then you need better haunts.
No one uses the prowler with the sole intention of having it hit, nearsight, and deafen them.
