Pubg prime plus subscription (Can any moderator escalate this? PUBG support isn’t helping

Since then, the Prime Plus option is no longer visible on my account. I want to clarify that I have never used any illegal method myself, and I’ve continued playing and supporting the game genuinely. Over the years, I have invested more than $15,000 USD in UC purchases, crate openings, Royale Passes, and other in-game features. As a loyal and responsible player, I kindly request your help in restoring access to the Prime Plus feature on my account.
