Account transfer

I am attempting to assist a company whose domain is registered with Cloudflare by a staff member who used their personal email address and has unfortunately passed away. The company does not know which email address was used to attempt account recovery and also does not have access to the private email. Is there a way in which they can engage with Cloudflare and provide death certificate, company registration documentation etc?

These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out. If you know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password If you know the email and have 2FA or email delivery issues: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help If you don't know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

Thanks @Hard@Work | R2 The problem is that the company does not have access to the individuals email address as he did not use the company domain email. They suspect he used his personal outlook.com email which they dont have access to. In this situation is there a way they can engage directly with Cloudflare to recover the account and migrate the domain to a new account?

Did you try the last one? That should work even if you do not know the email address associated with the account https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

Hi @Hard@Work Thanks for the above, unfortunately the company does not know which email address the staff member used when setting up the Cloudflare account and they have validated that its not the company email address. The forgot-email therefore sends a email to a email account they dont have knowledge of or access to. How can they engage with Cloudflare to recover the account based on this ?
