Why i am unable to access hub feature while i have scene videos people using it

To ensure stability, Hub will be rolled out in phases. Initially, only a limited number of players in select countries and regions will have access. The feature will gradually roll out, with full global availability expected by July 17. The exact timeline may be adjusted depending on the situation....
