I am reaching out regarding my recent account recovery request (UID: 5265271147), which I submitted through your official recovery form. I provided all the necessary and accurate information, just as required, and waited patiently for a response.
However, after nearly three weeks, I received a rejection notice, without a clear explanation. I would like to understand:
Why was the recovery request denied?
What specific information was considered invalid or insufficient?
Why did the process take so long?
Additionally, I must point out that the same account information I submitted this time had previously been verified and approved by your support team, approximately more than six months ago. Back then, it was accepted as valid and sufficient. Now, with no changes on my side, it has suddenly been rejected.
What has changed?
I kindly request a clear explanation of what went wrong and what exactly I need to correct or provide in order to recover my account. I am willing to cooperate and submit any further proof if necessary.
