What did I possibly do in my previous life to deserve this torment.
I've played a bunch of rankeds, started with iron 3 and still stuck in it. If I win rounds its only due to me carrying my whole ass team (95% of the times playing as a CONTROLLER). At first I thought it was me playing badly but then I saw that most enemies that I lose to are also always one (sometimes more) rank higher than me. My teammates' ranks are usually very close to mine. This match had me on the verge of losing my mind. My whole team either had a REALLY bad day and wanted to troll or they were mentally challenged. Sage that doesn't heal anyone, not even her, only uses ares FOR THE WHOLE GAME (even if it was the problem was aim and she was trying to make up for it with an unskilled gun most of the rounds she had enough money to buy an odin). Clove was smoking random places on the map, most often the spawn. Kejo almost killed me and himself with his rockets countless times. Reyna was camping in one place the whole match and screaming in their mic. This isn't the first time I get a team like this.
Now on the other hand look at the opposite reyna. Do I need to say anything more. How can I get a team that doesn't play like this? How do I make my enemies' ranks be closer to my rank? WHY CAN'T I GET OUT OF IRON 3 EVEN THO I AM OVERPEFORMING?

First of all, you're willingly playing Harbor, the worst agent you could play in ranked, both by tactics and by stats.
Second of all, I'm looking at your tracker and you're not exactly showing you overperforming. Relatively speaking, I'd say your performing averagely.
Honestly, your biggest hinderance is you playing Harbor. How do you expect to even try to carry as Harbor? You have zero great util to support yourself and bad util for supporting your team.

about harbor, isnt every agent supposed to be good in some kind of way?

Harbor has the worst util for both team play and solo play.
he doesn't have cross-map smokes, meaning he couldn't smoke B if he was on A. Viper doesn't either, but at least her smokes refresh very fast while Harbor only has a wall that refreshes every 40 seconds.
All of Harbor's smokes (except for his Cove) slows both enemies and teammates. This makes it very hard for your team or yourself to make a play as peeking through them is less effective than peeking through other smokes.
Every other agent has the capacity to at least do something for their team and has the ability to be self-sufficient with their util.

i mean obviously no one's stopping you from playing him. there's a few content creators that main him and are decent
but in regards to trying to rank up, harbor's probably the only agent that actually stifles you.
